The indie movie breakdowns were the best! Every indie movie in Houston and Austin needs real reviews by authenticated movie makers. Some of the films entered in the local film festivals are 100% trash!

The article concerning head shots and resumes was something else. I've never considered a career in acting, and I'm 100% sure that a career in indie films would give anyone financial stability. Why would anyone want to invest so much money into head shots when there's no guarantee that paying into something so expensive will win anyone a role or a project that has real success. It's such a silly move IMO.

I'm giggling happy about the return of the 80s arcade scene and how many of the local indie films have been shooting at those locations. The owners are so easy to work with, granting permission and permits for film makers to film at all hours of the day. It's about time for a real 80s nostalgia film to make it's mark on Texas!
